When We Meet
When We Meet is a 2D puzzle-platformer about two elemental sisters—Ember and Dewna—trapped in one body after a tragic accident. One is fire, the other water. To regain their individual forms, they must overcome their differences and work together. Players switch between the two using mirrors, combining their unique abilities to solve challenges while avoiding elemental dangers. A story about regret, connection, and cooperation — told through meaningful mechanics. "When We Meet" was created by Erva Karabulut as part of the intake assignment for the Game Design & Production track at Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) for the academic year 2025/2026.
